Monitoring of liabilities

EGW sp. z o.o. offers entrepreneurs a service of liabilities monitoring implemented with the use of innovative solutions.
This service, as it is indicated by its name, consists in performing, on behalf of a Client, supervision over contractors’ term payments for invoices. This service is performed only with reference to liabilities, which, at the moment of passing them for monitoring have not been demandable claims yet or have just become demandable.
Checking a contractor
EGW sp. z o.o. offers its Clients an access to full, complete economic information that comes from different sources. By taking advantage of our services you can receive data collected in many, independent registers. It is very comfortable and increases safety of transactions. The verification of an entity in several registers at the same time limits the risk of making the adverse business decision.

Sale of liabilities

Sale of liabilities is the main area of EGW action: we service Polish liabilities, and recently also the foreign ones. Sale offers of liabilities are added to the Exchange by the Clients in case of particularly obstinate debtors and after fixed period of time they are put up for sale and as a rule they find a purchaser. However, the significant majority of cases results in liabilities payment at the stage of mediation – we encourage to delegate cases to mediation at the time of submitting them to the system, bearing in mind the fact that it is the most effective way of regaining the amount due.
Preventive seal
For regular Clients we make the pattern of the seal accessible. It serves to sign different documents such as invoices, invocations for payment etc. For those of our Clients who appreciate preventive actions we make the pattern of the seal accessible that serves to sign different documents such as invoices, invocations for payment etc. The use of the preventive seal is for the purpose of making a contractor aware of consequences of settling liabilities not within a fixed term. For many entities a threat of selling their liabilities will be a strong call-up factor for settling their liabilities in term. This is a significant element of liabilities managing.

A demonstrative working description of the European Liability Exchange – a way to enter a case to a system of debts regaining:

1. Adding an offer to Liabilities Exchange

2. Informing a debtor about adding an offer, in which he is indicated as a debtor

3. A debtor:
- in fear of selling his obligations he responds to a notification and makes a payment and a creditor removes the offer;
- does not response, that gives an opportunity to sell off his obligation through putting it up for sale;
- enters a protest, which results in suspension of issuing of an offer until a creditor becomes acquainted with its text and takes a stand on further offer existence.

4. A creditor makes a decision concerning the protest:
- by recognizing it as justified, removes or modifies the offer;
- by recognizing it as groundless, rejects it and then the offer is issued automatically

Entering a protest by a debtor gives the opportunity for a dialogue and negotiations.

Verification of offers and mediations with debtors

Mediations with debtors are the most efficient and the fastest ways for regaining debts at the very early stage for overdue invoices. We also convey mediations in foreign languages with debtors beyond Polish borders, we have achieved spectacular successes even in such distant countries as New Zealand.
There is the department of Vindication and Mediation (DWM) operating within the framework of The European Liability Exchange. At the request of our Client we make an attempt to verify the offer added to the Exchange, especially through determining its contestability. On the basis of the information received in that way we try to find a purchaser of such liability. Our findings have significant role in further process of negotiations of transfer conditions, especially within a selling price.
Moreover, within DWM we also negotiate with debtors. This method frequently leads to resolution of many problems and conflicts, particularly in case of contested claims.
It should be highlighted that the action taken by the Department of Verification and Mediation combine argumentation power together with mediatory character of proceedings. Thanks to that fact, our Clients do not have to be afraid of losing their contractors, which allows a prompt response and resolution of many problems at the early stage.

Monitoring of chosen offers

The function of monitoring enables constant spying whether sale offers of liabilities of specific entities (debtors) have appeared. It is mainly used when our Client wants to purchase certain liabilities. Thanks to this service, a participant of the Exchange do not have to check systematically if the new offers, that he looks for, have appeared. It is possible because in case of adding to the Exchange (and also in case of removing or modification) the given offer, the system informs automatically about the change. If you are interested in buying debts of a certain entity, eg. For the purpose of compensation, the service of monitoring at the Exchange is very applicable.

Checking a contractor in other databases

EGW by the virtue of contracts of cooperation makes checking a contractor at other liabilities exchanges, credit information bureaus, Economic Information Bureau and The Polish Bank Association accessible.
